Professional Tarpon Tournament Series 200 lb. acrobatic fish, the occasional 12 foot hammerhead shark, and just a few hours to get the big one to the scales makes for some exciting fishing. Host Joe Mercurio handles the play by play, and the whole event becomes a series of one hour shows that are without a doubt the wildest and most entertaining fishing that has ever been on TV. Mavericks Surf Contest What better place to test the world's best built sport watch than on one of the world's most formidable waves? Each year from December to March, 24 of the world's best big wave surfers await the call that the swell has arrived. With only 24 hours notice, they come from around the world to challenge 50 foot surf and frigid water temps. Location - Half Moon Bay, CA Dates - Variable, Dec. 2008 to Mar. 2009 |
