When you send us a watch for repair, it is fixed and on its way back to you generally in 48 hours or less, and we pay the return shipping. Our repair center is located in our main offices, we maintain a parts inventory that is unheard of in the industry, and the founder of the company personally handles any tricky repairs. The Reactor Warranty

Our warranty is simple and straight forward: if anything goes wrong with your REACTOR watch in the first two years of ownership, we will either repair or replace it at our expense.

Here's the "not so small print": Normal wear and tear and abuse are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered by our warranty.

That's it. A warranty you don't need a law degree to understand. And after the warranty you get the same great service and same 48 hour turnaround, generally for $20 to $40, including return shipping.

Make sure to insure the package for the purchase cost of the watch, and use a service that will allow you to track the shipment.

Battery Replacement

All REACTOR watches using a quartz movement do require a battery to operate. If your watch needs a new battery, we suggest you return the watch to us or have a qualified jeweler replace the battery for you. Because all REACTOR watches are water resistant to at least 100M, it is very important that the seals inside the case are put back properly after the battery is replaced.

Our service center offers battery replacement and a thorough check-up of your REACTOR watch for $20; this charge includes battery replacement, inspection of case seals, crown and movement, cleaning and the cost of returning the watch to you by US Priority Mail. Please use the Repair Form when requesting this service.
