"I am an avid watch purchaser and own watches that cost from $150 retail to $4000 plus. After purchasing my Reactor Photon, I can tell you that I will be purchasing more of the Reactor watches. My father has been in the jewelry and watch business for over 27 years and was shocked at the cost to quality of the watch. "I was just in Maui on a family vacation, and was in one of the local dive shops (Maui Dive Shop) and was instantly drawn to the watch section. I have a small problem with buying watches (according to my lovely wife) and could not resist buying the Reactor Critical Mass model upon trying it on. In fact, most of the Reactor watches were so impressive, it was tough to buy just one. The major sales feature for me was the dude at the counter whose response to this question was one of a kind. Q: "Is this watch bombproof?" A: "one of our divemasters was out on a trip, and got his watch strap caught in the railing of the steps while trying to reboard the boat in some really rough water. The watch held him up and he was able to climb aboard. He claims to this day that this watch saved his life." Sold. The rest of our trip was phenomenal, and the watch I wear now is a great reminder! "I recently purchased one of your "Gamma" models. I have several watches, Seiko "Monsters" "Land Monsters" and so on. I have Invicta Automatics, and Tough Solar Casio G-Shocks. I also have a TAG Heuer Chrono divers watch. One thing I swore off was Quartz watches unless they were solar or kinetic. I would never consider buying a straight quartz. I was browsing watches the other day and came across "Reactor" at Dillards. They sure looked nice, but they were quartz. I looked at the Gamma anyway. WOW, what incredible work, solid feeling and really inspires confidence that it is a pure quality watch. Needless to say, I now have a Red-Faced, rubber-strapped, non-solar quartz watch and I am 100% pleased with buying it. It has already gotten comments from strangers such as "what kind of watch is that?" and "thats a pretty watch!" Great works and I am so glad I discovered your brand of watch. "I spent the summer in Point Baker, Alaska working at a fishing
camp. My Reactor Watch was never off my arm. Our clients were always asking me when "slack tide" was for the best halibut fishing. My reactor is always right on time with virtually no maintance. I have the rubber wrist band for being in the water all the time, and I love the comfortable feel of it. I am now back in Utah working as a surgeon in my veterinary hospital, and my Reactor is always on my wrist.

"I have had very expensive watches such as Bucherer, Raymond Weil, Movado, etc. I lost my Bucherer in the Ocean due to a faulty clasp on the band. My Raymond Weil due to snorkeling and it wasn't water resistant to 50M like it said since my watch was only arms length deep in the water. My Movado is a nice watch to look at but cannot wear it for daily use since it's very fragile. I just got my Critical Mass Reactor watch a couple days ago and WOW. It's nice and heavy while being the most comfortable watch band I have had on a watch. Also, the attention to detail such as the reflective portion on the chronograph hands that's cool. I did my research on all watches in the $300-$1000 range for about 3 weeks and the reactor watches had them all beat hands down. I even read the article from the titled 'Breaking Away' which I found on the internet with founder Jimmy Olmes and the quote "We put a very high priority on doing the right thing" was all I needed to read to understand the company's commitment to it's products and customers."

"Hey Guys, Just got my Graviton Tide Ana-Dig watch. Unbelievable, 5 day to reach me in Australia, I can't get something that fast in my own country. The customer service is fantastic and the watch does everything you promised. I cannot believe how easy the instructions are to follow, the watch is built like a tank. "Just got my reactor watch 3 weeks ago. The Ocean Blue Critical Mass is a great watch and I get many positive compliments, especially at the fire house where you really need a tough watch. Nobody ever heard of Reactor watches, so I go through the motions how this watch was almost an Omega Seamaster 007 model, and I walk into a surf shop at the Jersey shore. Comments on Our Service

"I just wanted to tell you thanks for the great service on my watch. I received it back today and you went way beyond what I could have imagined. The band had come apart on me a couple of times during military training where a link had been removed. I anticipated getting it back with some special tooling on the link or something. Instead, I have a new band that looks like it was manufactured in the exact length and a new battery as well. This is what I call service. I leave for Iraq in 18 days and it's great to know it will go the distance. I have worn my Tag while this was being repaired and I have to say I missed it!

"I am a reactor operator on a nuclear submarine. I thought it would be cool to have a watch named "Reactor". I had a couple of questions so i called the service number. When the nice lady couldn't answer my question I thought she was going to connect me to her manager. Instead I was talking to Jimmy himself. I have never had service like that. It seemed he was as happy to talk to me as i was to him. Well to make a short story long, I purchased the heavy water to use on the boat. By all means, with what i put this watch through on the boat, it should be a pile of smoldering ruin. Today it looks and works as perfect as it did on day one. After that i bought a black "fusion". I have an Omega, Rolex, Hamilton, Bulova and many others. This watch by far is the "show stopper". The only decision I have now is which "Reactor" to buy next. Jimmy, thank you. "Thank you for your super-fast service. Watches were back to me within three days from when i mailed them, i couldn't believe it! Two needed extra links put in, one the main spring pin that connects watch to band was worn, and all three needed batteries. The repair cost was also (i thought) very cheap. You guys sure take care of your customers. Your watches stand up to more abuse than any watch I've ever worn. I once was jack-hammering with the face of the watch drove right into a concrete wall (i then realized) protecting my wrist from the wall. The face got scratched, but i couldnt believe the watch was fine. That one is my favorite, the Alpha model. Anyway thanks again for the best product for me, and what I do, and a very fine customer-service department."

I wanted to contact you and says thanks for your amazing Customer Service. I bought a Melt Down at Sport Chalet in La Canada in December of 2006, put it on and went to the Bahamas in January 2007 and wore it everywhere without a problem. On Thursday, March 27th 2008 I took my 13 year old son, my 30 year old nephew and went to Blackie's in Newport Beach for a Dawn Patrol surf session before school. Later that day I noticed that the crystal was fogged and the frame of the date window had floated up to the 12:00 position. I looked for my receipt without success and went to your website for the return form. I called your office on April 4th and spoke to Michael who said "No worries, just send it in and we will fix it".

No hassles, no unnecessary fees, no runaround just we'll fix it. You have
made me a fan and a client forever, since I have been treated much worse for watches costing 100 times more than what I paid for this one. Keep up the good work and expect a couple more orders from me!

"I got a world tide watch as a gift a few years ago. The only issue I had with it was the tides weren't accurate as I lived on the Gulf of Mexico and as such it didn't follow normal tide cycles. I mentioned this over the telephone to Brandon Olmes and he researched it to find out why. As it turns out the research department was already working on the Graviton to solve that problem. As soon as they released the Graviton I got it. I have had it ever since. Between me and a friend of mine we have purchased about 7 or 8 Reactor watches to give as gifts for friends. We are and have always been that impressed with Reactor. I have been impressed with the product and the unbelievable level of support they give their customers. I can not say enough good things about this company. In fact, when I recently called Reactor again I spoke with Brandon Olmes and he actually remembered me from our last conversation about a year ago. There is no company that I have ever dealt with that has a product this good or customer service of this level."
