By far SPC Hatfield, Baghdad, Iraq "I spent the summer in Point Baker, Alaska working at a fishing "I just received my Neutron with the rubber strap. Black Coral dial. This is a magnificent timepiece. I am a collector, and I must tell you, this watch is as fine as any in my collection. Panerai,Tag Heuer, Breitling, Rolex,Omega, etc. None are as fine as this watch. I just want to say, CONGRATULATIONS on your new Neutron watch. TELL THE WORLD ABOUT THIS WATCH!!! "I have just purchased this watch blind off the internet after reading your very good webpage. The watch arrived in Wales today & the metal case packaging is a work of art without the addition of an amazing watch. It is so heavy but once on your wrist it feels so comfortable & looks so good. “I purchased a Reactor Fallout watch in Hawaii while on vacation to replace my Navy Seal watch. Have to say your watch is just great and built like a truck. Great price too. Just as a side note, I actually went diving with this watch and it is all you advertise the watch to be. Thanks for a great watch.” John C., Newport, RI "I have had very expensive watches such as Bucherer, Raymond Weil, Movado, etc. I lost my Bucherer in the Ocean due to a faulty clasp on the band. My Raymond Weil due to snorkeling and it wasn't water resistant to 50M like it said since my watch was only arms length deep in the water. My Movado is a nice watch to look at but cannot wear it for daily use since it's very fragile. I just got my Critical Mass Reactor watch a couple days ago and WOW. It's nice and heavy while being the most comfortable watch band I have had on a watch. Also, the attention to detail such as the reflective portion on the chronograph hands that's cool. I did my research on all watches in the $300-$1000 range for about 3 weeks and the reactor watches had them all beat hands down. I even read the article from the titled 'Breaking Away' which I found on the internet with founder Jimmy Olmes and the quote "We put a very high priority on doing the right thing" was all I needed to read to understand the company's commitment to it's products and customers." Comments on Our Service Dear Reactor watch, My wife went to our mail center yesterday and to my delight my reactor watch that had been damaged was there waiting for me fixed and in perfect working order. You did not charge me and I did not expect to have it fixed for free. Again I say thankyou for your business ethic and kindness to your customers. You treat people in a way that other companies could learn much from. As I have told you before I am a loyal customer and never hesitate to tell others about your compnay when they ask me where I got the neat Reactor watches they see me wear. To all at Reactor watch I would like to say Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! I wish you continued success now and in the future. It is my hope that your company continues to grow and prosper as we go into the next year. Oh how I wish other companies would adopt your customer care and kindness.
